- Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field
- 1+ years of experience working in residential services, behavioral health, or another related field
- Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and car insurance
- Preferred but not required: Bilingual in Spanish/English

Essential Job Functions:

- Attend court and advocate for children in the absence of their assigned case managers.
- Escort and attend mental health and physical health appointments with youth.
- Communicate all results of mental and physical health appointments with appropriate CVCA team members.
- Schedule, escort youth to, and monitor family visit time.
- Provide court ordered supervision for visits as appropriate.
- Document all interaction with children as related to CVCA, county, and state policy.
- Report all critical incidents as required by CVCA policy.
- If bilingual, translate for children, families, and professionals on children's behalf.
- Process admission paperwork. Create records of children at time of admission.
- Attend home visits and conduct home assessments as assigned.
- Prepare and maintain weekly family time/visit list.

- Ability to participate in instructional and recreational activities with youth
- Must have the physical ability to use positive and safe crisis interventions and techniques in accordance with agency guidelines
