Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment.
- Encourage creativity and critical thinking skills.
- Organize activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development.
- Communicate with parents about student progress and behavior.
- Manage classroom behavior in accordance with school policies.
- Attends occasional continuing education seminars
- Attends and takes part in school meetings on curriculum, organization and guidelines.
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution required
● Teaching certification, highly preferred
Experience:
● Class Management Skills
● Curriculum Building and Lesson Planning
● 1-3 years knowledge of Relevant Teaching Subject Area
● Adaptable Teaching Practices
● Creative Problem-Solving Skills
● Candidates must exhibit:

More Job Details and Compensation:
The following ranges are tentative and are subject to change based on the annual budget approved by the Board of Directors:
- *Certified: $55,800 - $67,600
- *Non-certified: $47,700 - $57,600
- Job Type: Full-time, Salary Exempt position
- 10-month Work Calendar
