AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking a Kids Path Counselor for our Greensboro campus. This position is Full-Time and must have the flexibility to work evenings as required.

Job Summary:
Kids Path Counselor will provide emotional support and counseling to children and adolescents related to Authoracare patients, in schools, and for the general community. Will facilitate workshops and support groups for the bereaved. This position requires experience and competency in method of assessment and counseling individuals, groups and families in crisis. Excellent communication and public speaking skills are required. The Kids Path Counselor needs the ability to work with an interdisciplinary team as a member, as well as the ability to work autonomously.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of a Master's Degree in social work or counseling related field.
- At least one year of experience working with children in the counseling field is preferred.
- Education in the areas of death, dying, and grief counseling for children preferred.
- Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) strongly preferred.
- Must have the flexibility to work evening(s) as required.
- Other: Valid state-issued driver's license required. Must carry automobile liability insurance at limits required by agency. Must have own transportation.
