Seeking an experienced Key Account Coordinator or Account Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a high-tech international company delivering innovative laser technology solutions to Automotive, Aerospace, Medical and Scientific research communities in Plymouth, MI

Pay rate is between $35 - $40/h (based on experience)
Generous 10k-15k relocation package (which includes 4-8 weeks apartment or extended stay hotel and 6-8 weeks car rental) for suitable candidates that are willing to relocate for the position
Note: This is not a Sales role, more like customer service
Responsibilities for Account Coordinator or Account Manager:
- Work closely with the Product & Project Management team (PPM) to align regarding installation schedule, equipment prioritization and to define scope of work.
- Provide customers with pre-installation checklists, confirm site preparedness prior to FSE arrival.
- Keep all lines of communication open with customers and colleagues regarding potential delays, missing parts, issues etc.
- Conduct on-site pre-installation meetings with customers in the US, CA, and MX as necessary.
- Visit ongoing installation projects to ensure quality, confirm schedule and resolve any potential issues.
Qualifications for Account Coordinator or Account Manager:
- Over 75% travel throughout the US to meet with key customers.
- Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.
- Two-year technical degree or two or more years of experience in project management, field service, repair or customer service preferred.
- Previous experience with robotics, lasers, automation systems or mechatronics preferred.
- Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills
