The Role
The HOKA Key Account Manager, Fleet Feet will be responsible for strategic management of the full sales process for Fleet Feet. The KAM, Fleet Feet will be a trusted advisor to internal and external partners through effective communication, customer commitment, and business analysis. The KAM, Fleet Feet also possess a strategic understanding of how to grow with Fleet Feet, leveraging wholesale and retail data, as well as marketplace and consumer insights. The KAM, Fleet Feet is a passionate team-player who thrives on collaboration, embraces disruption as an accelerator of innovation and possess a growth-mindset.
Maintains deep and broad knowledge of the Fleet Feet business, so as to be able to create exceptional value for it (including an exceptional understanding of the strategic accounts' strategies, positioning to consumers, and the priorities of various purchase decision-makers).
Prepares detailed and strategic business plans for Fleet Feet that align to the Brand and the Accounts objectives and strategies.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the Fleet Feet Purchasing team to optimize the inventory flow through the Running Logistics account and Company owned access points. Perform the functions of Sales i.e. building the footwear and apparel Assortment each season, forecasting, business analysis, returns, etc.
- Strategic planning to ensure that HOKA is set up for stability and growth with Fleet Feet.
- Work cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations and directly with Sales Leadership to efficiently optimize the sales process.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience
- Previous wholesale experience within a regionally based role and/or Key Accounts
- Management of a large sales book
Skills/Programs/Knowledge/Behavior:
- Proficient in Microsoft applications. Ability to budget and forecast, using Excel
- Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, clients and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to use independent judgment in performing all duties of the position
- Previous experience with multi-functional organizations
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels of the organization
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment

$90,000 - $95,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
