Job DescriptionAs the The Key Account Manager you will aligning with the most critical client accounts at EBG. This high-profile group of Fortune 100 & 500 accounts are the most valuable in their contribution to company revenues and user engagement. Working with Executive and C-level professionals, the Key Account Manager will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate and consult towards client needs, identify, and elaborate on potential user growth opportunities, and expand on new business relationship opportunities from existing clients.

- Develop well-nurtured, solid, and trusting relationships between major key clients and EBG.
- Consistently meet KPI’s and growth goals to ensure initiative production, increase client engagement and achieve new user registrations.
- Effectively communicate company’s promotions to corporate clients via telephone, video meetings, e-marketing and additional communication methods.
- Manage communications between key clients and internal teams.
- Exercise dynamic strategic planning to improve client results.
- Generate tracking reports to evaluate trends and consult with clients.
- Utilize internal reporting to identify opportunities for growth & engagement in book of business.
- Define & execute key strategy, value props, and solutions for client engagement & growth for the clients in your portfolio, while proactively identifying new opportunities to increase the footprint of our platform in their organizations.
- Maintain relationships with existing contacts and create new relationships with new contacts to establish reach within the client’s organization.
- Create and expand meaningful relationships to support B2B growth initiatives.
- Develop, own, & consult client-specific tactical objectives to promote long-term engagement and growth.
- Analyze data and statistics and translate into better solutions and opportunities for our clients to promote the platform to their audience.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience in a senior account management role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in goal oriented B2B account management and sales
- Experience in targeting Fortune 100 & 500 companies
- Proven success in managing high value, marquee accounts with 20mm+ in revenues.
- Exemplary interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner both remotely and in-person
- Experience working with Executive & C-Level executives
- Strategic, analytical, data-driven, independently motivated
- Hold in-depth understanding of company key clients
- Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills
- Travel on occasion as the business needs
