Kennel Tech/Animal Caretaker

We are looking for fast-learning, motivated, hardworking, energetic people to join our team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Feeding and watering animals
- Cleaning kennels and enclosures
- Monitoring health of animals
- Assisting in administering medication
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- Endurance in a manual labor environment
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, and lift 40+ lbs.
- Accurately read and use measurements
- Ability to follow directions and checklists
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Availability to work weekends
- Availability to work at least three shifts per week
- Flexible hours –
Must work at least one a.m. shift (starting 6am)
Must work at least one p.m. shift (as late as 9pm)
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and attentive to detail
Compensation:
- Non-exempt (Hourly) Employee
- Pay: $17-20 per hour
- Bonus pay available after training and is based on performance metrics
- Eligible for Vacation Accrual after 6 months

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.00 - $20.00/hour.
