[Kaze Sushi] Sushi Chef

• We are looking for candidates to join our Sushi Chef lineups and provide our valued customers with an unforgettable KAZE experience.

You will be handling a variety of raw fish and other ingredients. Prepare for the shifts and must be comfortable handling sharp knives.

Responsibilities

• Variety of appetizers, nigiri, rolls, and sashimi ( Depending on your experiences)
• Food prep for the sushi bar.
• Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at all times.

Desired Qualifications

• Sushi Chef experiences with a min of a year (not required but preferred)
