Green Rebates is seeking a dynamic and versatile IT Project Coordinator / Junior Web Developer to join our team. This remote, part-time position is ideal for someone with a blend of project coordination skills and web development knowledge.
As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure their needs are met and provide technical support when necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of web server configuration and deployment.
- Experienced in coordinating IT project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Skill in debugging and troubleshooting web applications.
- Knowledgeable in IT infrastructure components and software development processes.
- Experienced in quality assurance and control practices to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
- Capable of conducting meetings, including kick-offs, check-ins, trainings, and stakeholder updates.
- Skilled in change management processes and impact assessment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining positive working relationships with team members and clients.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong grasp of database management and SQL.
- Aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Skilled in resource allocation and management, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with web services (REST, APIs).
