Position Purpose
As a Junior Accountant, you will play an integral role within the Accounting Department, You will provide support for various accounting functions on matters such as but not limited to Cost Accounting, Accounts Payable, Cash Applications, and Invoice Billings.

Essential Functions & Principal Accountabilities

• Reconcile all assigned general ledger accounts each month in a timely & accurate manner.
• Prepare & post journal entries for month end.
• Prepare & present daily financial reports in a timely & accurate manner.
• Handle Customer (both internal and external) questions or service issues as received.
• Prepare & process bank deposit & other bank procedures as needed.
• Help in analyzing data to drive insight to the business.
• Main person for Labelmaster Services monthly invoicing billings- working with Labelmaster Services Consultants to ensure proper and accurate tracking of hours and contract interpretation.
• Proficiency in excel – ability to use such functions as Xlookup, Vlookup, and Pivot Tables (Must be able to demonstrate your skills during the interview process)
• Coordinate with Management and Accounting Staff to help prepare budgets and forecast.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and provide a path of improvement.
• Must be capable of doing the following: Multi-task, work with various departments, handle information confidentiality, and meet deadlines with little supervision.

Education/Training/Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
2- 5 years Accounting experience

• ERP Systems such as Microsoft Navision, Oracle, SA, or other Accounting Power BI a plus
