Junior Shipment Tracker

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Shipment Tracker to join our Customer Service team. As a Shipment Tracker, you will be responsible for tracking and updating customer pages to ensure a timely delivery. This is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Hours: 20-25 per week

Location: Palm Harbor, FL - In Office Only

Duties:

• Track shipments via carrier websites
• Utilize transportation management systems to update shipment status.
• Communicate with carriers to receive an update on shipment status and location.
• Maintain accurate records of shipment details, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and any special instructions

Experience:No shipping background? No problem! Our training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel.

• Computer Savy: Must be able to navigate multiple tabs. Proficient in word, excel, and Google Drive
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate tracking of shipments
