Job Title:Junior Program Analyst - Surveillance

Program Overview:

This role supports the Federal Aviation Administration organization, which is responsible for ensuring the safety of 45,000 flights and 3 million passengers traversing over 28 million miles of U.S. controlled airspace every day.

Objective Area Solutions (OAS) is seeking an early career Program Analyst to join our Aviation Surveillance Team in supporting our FAA clients. This team supports technical programs in engineering and program management activities associated with sustaining air traffic management programs for the FAA. This role requires expertise in providing support for planning, developing, organizing, coordinating and conducting surveillance team organizational activities to ensure FAA operational policies, processes and program elements are integrated and documented. A successful candidate must be able to provide appropriate support to project and contract management activities and acquisition surveillance using the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS).

Position Functions & Skills:

Supporting the company under the direction of the project leadership, the project analyst will be expected to support a client by leveraging high-value, practical consulting support in the following areas:

• Assist with knowledge management activities
• Assist with briefing development, correspondence, and documentation support
• Support documentation for technical and non-technical personnel across lines of business
• Assist senior team members with business objective analysis and solution development
• Identify areas for process improvement, decision making tools, and communication strategies
• Support client staff for ad-hoc project management and communications needs

Required Education, Skills & Capabilities:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Office 365
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint

• Experience working in quickly growing organizations
• Operational aviation experience
• FAA experience
