FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Junior Product Strategy Analyst within our Product Management division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is a remote role. In this role, you will possess strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and a keen understanding of market dynamics to drive strategic initiatives effectively. This remote position will directly support the Director of Product Strategy and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Data Analysis and Visualization:
- Execute Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to enable data visualization and executive presentations.
- Cleanse and analyze data to derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather insights on buyer personas, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Track delivery schedules and dependencies to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.
- Support market research and competitor analysis efforts in collaboration with Business, Product, and Data teams.
- Define product performance standards post-rollout and collaborate with the data team to develop performance tracking models using Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Analyze customer segments by Lines of Business (LOBs) to identify trends and shifts in the assigned business domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in data gathering, analysis, and cleansing processes.
- Ability to create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
- Familiarity with SSMS, MySQL, Microsoft Power BI, IBM Analytics, and Product Development Lifecycle is a plus.
