At IFC National Marketing, an Integrity company in Coon Rapids, MN, we help insurance agents and advisors succeed through world-class service, marketing, and sales support. To support IFC's continued growth, we're hiring a Junior Operations Manager to join the team. This is an entry-level management position in a service organization.
The Junior Operations Manager will learn the company's policies, procedures, and software programs through on-the-job training. The ideal candidate has outstanding organizational and communication skills and is technically innovative. The Junior Operations Manager works closely with Senior Leaders to strategize and develop long-term plans that maximize productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with senior managers to develop and implement budgets and goals to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Partnering with the internal department managers to troubleshoot issues and business needs.
• Analyzing current processes and recommending improvements where necessary.
• Overseeing administrative tasks across Support, HR, IT, Training, and Marketing teams.
• Attending operations and finance team meetings to assist the VP of Operations in identifying issues and opportunities.
• Ensuring policies and procedures evolve to support the company's growth initiatives.
• Using scorecards to measure productivity and optimize training and process improvement.
• Ensuring CRM data integrity and accuracy.
• Overseeing company reporting to measure sales, pipeline, compliance, and other relevant metrics as needed.
• Regularly reviewing CMS compliance changes to ensure related policies, procedures, and carrier/CMS reporting are compliant, accurate, and timely.
• Helping pilot company initiatives, including revenue growth strategies, recruiting initiatives, and capital investments.
• Working closely on company marketing initiatives to promote business events, meetings, and trips. Report budget versus actual for each project.
• Collaborating to align human capital planning, recruitment, training, and programs that support the company's core values.
• Traveling to each office to support staff and advance company initiatives.
• Performing related duties as assigned within the scope of practice.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in business or social sciences is required.
• Must be willing to learn and understand Group Health Benefits, Senior and under 65 Health Insurance, Life Insurance, LTC/DI, and Annuities.
