Key Responsibilities:

· Content Creation: Develop and create engaging, accurate, and compelling content across various platforms, including websites, emails, and social media.

· Social Media Management: Execute and manage social media campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement. Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure effective ROI.

· Professional Communication: Maintain high-level, respectful, and proficient communication with healthcare professionals, customers, and internal teams.

· Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to facilitate informed decision-making.

· Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, webinars, and conferences.

· Customer Support: Engage with customers through various channels, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

· Information & E-commerce websites: Use, proofing, and analyzing various online systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Professional Writing: Proven experience creating high-quality content tailored to varied audiences.

· Social Media Savvy: Proficient in leveraging various social media platforms for brand promotion and customer engagement.

· Communication Prowess: Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with healthcare professionals and customers.

· Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

· Team Player: Capability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive and supportive working environment.

· Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.

· Computer Savvy: Able to use Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Cloud a plus.

· Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or equivalent experience.
