Responsibilities:

· Perform thorough analysis of applicant's income and expense data, self-employment documentation, credit reports, and property valuations in order to affirm borrower qualifies for loan.

· Verify and analyze all necessary financial information and documentation; ensure that loan files contain all necessary credit and legal documents to satisfy underwriting conditions.

· Calculate qualifying ratios, determine credit worthiness.

· Confirm that all rates and fees input into the system are accurate and comply with the requirements of Company guidelines.

· Remain current on all company requirements and federal and state regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualification requirements:

· 1-2 years finance experience minimum.

· Commercial and real estate loan documentation knowledge.

· Loan processing experience strongly preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and numbers.

· Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.

· Confidentiality: Maintains high level of confidentiality.

· Excellent verbal/written communication skills and organizational skills.

· Perform other related duties as required or as assigned.
