VillageMD is seeking a talented Digital Campaign Specialist with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our team and create impactful marketing campaigns using email and SMS.
As a Digital Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage our audience and drive business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and possess strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan & Develop:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop insight-driven email marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Define and build target audience (patient and prospective patient) segments and create personalized email journey maps to drive engagement and conversions.
- Execute & Optimize:
- Manage the end-to-end email campaign development and execution process, including planning, scheduling, testing, deployment, and performance analysis.
- Design and build complex email journeys in Salesforce Journey Builder, incorporating various touchpoints and decision splits to create personalized customer experiences.
- Optimize email content and design for mobile responsiveness, deliverability, and user experience. Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance data to iterate and improve email content and messaging.
- Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies within email journeys to enhance engagement and drive conversions. Configure triggers, decision splits, and automation rules to optimize email journey performance.
- Analyze:
- Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key performance metrics to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices for email marketing, including CAN-SPAM compliance, data privacy regulations, and email deliverability best practices.
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and automation. Experience with HTML/CSS for email template design and coding. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
