We are looking to fill a position for our client.
Hours: 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Responding to client support requests
- Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem
- Connecting via a remote link
- Troubleshooting hardware issues
- Installing and maintaining hardware, peripherals, monitors, thin clients
- Providing basic training in computer operation and management
- Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- A+ Certification a plus
- Preferably 1-2 Years experience as Support Technician
- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals
- Ability to solve complex hardware issues.
