Junior Designer

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Junior Designer at R/GA:
On any given day you might
Concept and collaborate with creative teams, including Experience Designers, Art Directors and Copywriters.
Shadow senior colleagues as they present work to clients and adapt work based on feedback.
Work with producers to ensure work is delivered on deadline and in line with agency and client standards.
Create design boards and identify how to extend the visual language for any given project.
Assist with the creation of online visual design, typography, visual concept, logos, icons, and other interactive platforms.
The ideal person
Has a strong portfolio with engaging copy and designs.
Is proficient in Figma, Mac OSX, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Acrobat.
Can juggle multiple projects and tasks at once.
Takes constructive criticism with ease and grace.
Has a collaborative work ethic and easy going nature.
Embraces challenges and new methods of thinking.

This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States with the exception of Alabama, Hawaii, Indiana, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.
The hiring range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s applicable skills, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
