Job Summary
The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection seeks an attorney with contract review and drafting experience to join its growing team. The candidate must have experience with contracts and in general corporate and international law.
Essential Functions

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure that contractual terms and obligations align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance principles and practices.
• Start-Up environment. Early morning starts. Long hours. Fast-paced environment. Small legal team.

Practice Area & Focus:

• Contract & Document Review (Maritime, Cruise, International, IT, NDAs, etc.).
• Must be able to issue spot quickly and address efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school in good standing
• Active bar license (any U.S. state)
• 2-5 years of post-law school experience reviewing and revising contracts
• Strong understanding of contracts, corporate law, and international law
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Scale

• $95-$105K w/ 10% annual bonus potential
