Our clients are busy health professionals (North American and UK-based) who are looking to scale their coaching businesses online. They are great at what they do but marketing isn’t their strong suit. Our goal is to create most of the marketing-related heavy lifting FOR them so they can move forward quickly as opposed to spending months trying to build their assets on their own by watching our trainings and using frameworks.
We want to blow their mind and give them a webinar funnel that is handed back to them within 14 days of starting their work with us. We want the marketing assets we give them to be better than what they would likely create on their own.
Completed assets that we hand back to them MUST reflect their unique philosophy (about how they help their clients) AND demonstrate a deep understanding of their client avatar.
The marketing assets will be used to help deploy a webinar funnel in their business that looks like this:

Thus, all of the assets and messaging to bring this to life is what WE want to take on and create FOR our clients.
This is not a W2 position, as this is a contractor role. Although we offer profit sharing, there are no formal benefits included in this position
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will help our client success team create and deliver these marketing-related assets for our clients. You will not be client-facing, instead you will work behind the scenes to help create their marketing assets.
These assets include webinar slide deck (working from our proven template), automation emails, facebook ads - all in a DONE-FOR-YOU fashion for our clients. And all of these are templatized based on our years of proven frameworks. Your job will be to add each client's individuality to these assets so they feel like their own.
Specifically, you will:
Review information provided by the client and other copy coaches on the team to run through our frameworks (along with the help of ChatGPT4) generate marketing-related content and assets (webinar slide deck, emails, & Facebook ads) for our clients.
- Ensure all images selected in the slide decks are congruent with the target audience and that the layout and design of every asset is impeccable.
RESULTS (expected outcomes)
#1 - Create the necessary assets (for a single client) in less than 5 hours total working time without compromising quality, which includes:
- Webinar slide deck
- Post-webinar emails
- 3 Facebook ads
Remember that most of this will be already templatized for you. Your job is to read between the lines where needed to ensure the final assets delivered back to the client are high quality…that means editing and adjusting wherever needed.
#2 - Review all work for accuracy and quality (before submitting back to the team) as if it were your own that your business depended on to succeed
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent English language skills
- Actively pursuing a career in copywriting with 1+ years experience copywriting, content writing, editing, proofreading and direct response knowledge
- Emotional Intelligence - you must pick things up quickly and be able to read between the lines
- Very proficient and experienced with ChatGPT4 with ability to expand on prompts to get better, more detailed/accurate outputs
- Very proficient with Google Docs and Keynote & Powerpoint
- The secret code is HP2025
- Excellent eye for visual aesthetics & good design - messy work is not acceptable (predetermined formatting will be given to you BUT you must have a knack for “clean and simple” layout is very important to reduce wasted time fixing messy work)
- Must have a good internet connection
- Able to work under pressure, with deadlines & handle a high work volume while moving things across the finish line in a timely fashion
- Maintain open and frequent communication with team members via Slack and within our Project Management system (process.st)
- Good understanding of project management and efficient workflow processes
- Must have a positive, teamwork type of attitude, a real “people person"
- Must be able to take initiative and run with it and be “open-minded and teachable"
- Highly coachable, able to absorb and apply new learning and commit to MASTERING your craft
