Job Description

In this role you will work closely with Creative Directors to ensure that the team's creative efforts are efficient and impactful. You will be responsible for providing copywriting efforts for agency clients as well as; research, conceptualize, write, proofread and edit ad and media content.  Help to determine tone, style and structure of content, based on available space, principles, aesthetic sense and brand considerations.  Working directly with Creative Directors, Media Strategists and Art Directors.  Must be proficient in English.  Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, proof, and post content and copy
  • Communicate with team leads to coordinate concept, copy, interface, graphic design and structure of project with functional aspects
  • Work with the team to develop media experiences that exceed client goals.  Carry out the creative vision and strategic mission of the agency
  • Actively seek out and help define new creative possibilities for client engagements 
  • Assist  in the development and growth  of the copy/content team
  • Disciplinary focus on developing compelling creative messages 
  • Cooperate with team on communicating and presenting copy to internal teams and clients
Qualifications

 

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in an agency. Creative agency experience a plus
  • Strong conceptual thinker
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to interact with team and clients
  • Must be fluent in English. Spanish language skills is great!
  • Must be team oriented
  • Deadline driven, organized, and able to multi-task.
  • Must have experience with TV, Digital, Print, POS, Promotions and Design.
  • Must have worked with Mac OS, Adobe CCS.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Compensation Range: $51,000-$75,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
