The Inside Sales Customer Engagement Candidate will provide support to the organizations Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and highly motivated individual with exceptional communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for building a strong working relationship with existing customers while expanding business through prospecting, referrals and leads. You will have the opportunity to represent multiple brands, excellent product lines and develop Sales based on your potential.
The Candidate must possess strong computer skills, capable of handling multiple assignments and setting priorities. We recognize that our Inside Sales Account Managers are the cornerstone to our success.
Primary Objective: Customer Engagement for Retention and Growth
Duties: Work within the Sales Team to:
- Develop strategies and methods to re-activate accounts that have fallen away or become dormant.
- Implement methods to insure customer retention.
- Develop strategies to produce growth of sales with each account.
- Process RFQ’s and Orders for assigned customers
- Cross-train with other Account Managers to become proficient in the various procedures that are in place.
This exciting position is available to outgoing Inside Sales professionals with 2 to 4 years of experience. Previous work in distribution or Inside Sales of a tangible product is desired. The Candidate must be familiar with the general work flow of a sales / distribution organization. Experience with contacting Prospects & Customers, proactively working with customers to earn and retain their patronage. The Candidate must enjoy ‘warm’ calling those that have placed on-line orders that may be a potential returning customer.
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus but not a requirement for a well-qualified Candidate.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
