Junior Civil Prosecutor

Silver & Wright LLP has an immediate opening in our Irvine office for an attorney with 3 to 5 years of litigation experience. Experience in prosecuting civil cases and representing public agencies is a plus. The work you will be doing will be primarily focused on civil litigation and administrative law regarding our areas of practice including code enforcement, receiverships, criminal prosecution, nuisance abatement, marijuana regulation, civil litigation, police services, Pitchess motions, and cost recovery. We are also looking for experience in Police liability defense, which is a growing part of our practice.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious and versatile, with experience and a passion for litigation. Candidates must possess highly developed organizational, writing, and analytical skills. Candidates must be admitted in California and must have legal research, writing, and litigation experience.
