ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Business Analyst at ARETUM, you will play a vital role in assisting with the analysis of business processes and requirements, and supporting the development and implementation of technology-driven solutions for our government clients.

Responsibilities
- Daily management of the office’s email account through organizing and responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather and synthesize information from other offices/teams to create weekly PowerPoint presentations.
- Manage and organize the PMO’s OMB MAX site by uploading documents, managing access, and creating and/or editing pages.
- Support with meeting planning, facilitation, and logistical support. Attend various meeting and provide formal meeting highlights documents.
- Able to conduct analysis of various sources to discover patterns or insights and present these findings via Excel or PowerPoint.
- Perform research and data gathering to identify trends and assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Create and maintain deliverables and update the SharePoint site accordingly.
- Ability to draft, edit, and develop content in various tools and formats.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track multiple tasks and requests.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly MS Word and Outlook, but also requires solid understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SharePoint administration
- Strong communication skills through both writing, building out presentations, and acting as a facilitator
- Solid technical editing/writing skills – strong comfort level in using MS Word in taking information from multiple documents and being able to synthesize the information into a report template requiring attention to: Proper formatting, Building Table of Contents/Use of Headings
- Able to independently manage tasks on their own where they collaborate with others to understand task requirements and are then able to complete most of the task independently.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 0-3 years of experience OR 5+ years of experience without Bachelor's Degree
- Clearance Requirement: DHS Suitability
