Form of workThe ideal Junior Auditor has an accounting/finance education, 6-12+ months of accounting experience, and a desire to perform audits for various clients, supporting the audit manager and partner.

- Contribute proactive solutions during client intakes and engagement planning meetings
- Provide support in reviewing, planning, and compiling financial audits
- Perform a thorough analysis of auditing projects and client financials, ensuring compliance with company best practices
- Collaborate in audit planning procedures, identifying and mitigating audit risks
- Serve as a resource to clients and customers of basic accounting and auditing practices
- Bachelor's in Accounting or relevant field
- CPA eligible or in progress; current valid CPA license preferred
- 6-12+ months of auditing experience, public accounting experience preferred
- Eager to learn more about auditing and accounting best practices
- Nonprofit accounting experience a plus
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
