Junior Acquisition Support Specialist II:
Required:
24 semester hours of business-related college courses; (Educational requirement may be substituted with High School Degree or High School Equivalency (HSE) or General Education (GED) or Test assessing secondary completion (TASC) Certificates and
Three (3) years of experience performing equivalent Acquisition Support duties
OR
Two (2) years of experience performing equivalent duties;
• Assemble or review new pre-procurement packages
• Research/assemble support documentation
• Validate data, assess financial and contractual issues
• Document findings
• Provide input to reports
• Assemble documents needed to advertise, solicit, construct, administer and or close out Government contract vehicles
• Assist in close out activities of contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and interagency agreements.
• Experience in automated systems and software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and teleconference applications.
