Job Summary:

The Junior Account Manager is a pivotal member of our Client Services Team, delivering indispensable employee benefit services to our esteemed employer groups and their workforce. This position operates at the forefront, ensuring the seamless delivery of reliable and efficient employee benefit services. Key responsibilities will include managing a dedicated book of small group clients, fostering strong relationships with clients and carriers, and supporting other team members.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage and service small group clients with their medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and other insurance policies.
• Analyze needs, evaluate options, and offer tailored insurance solutions.
• Assist clients and their employees by acting as a liaison between them and the insurance companies to resolve eligibility, claims, and billing issues.

Qualifications:

• College Degree and/or comparative work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, the Internet, and e-mail
• Ability to learn customer service management software
• Must be a motivated, self-starting team player that gets along well with others
• Can take direction well and work independently for periods of time
• Must be a problem solver, multi-tasker, and a positive thinker
• Careful attention to detail
