Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Financial Advisor. As independent Advisors, we are a dynamic office offering more than investment advice to clients. As a Junior Financial Advisor, you will work with our senior advisor to provide financial planning, investment, and insurance advice. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate self-starter who is eager to grow their career in the investment and insurance industry.
Duties:
- Assist in developing financial plans for clients based on their goals and risk tolerance
- Client prospecting for individual as well as business opportunities
- Work with businesses to assist in development of retirement and employee benefit programs
- Conduct research on various financial, investment, and insurance products
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings
- Assist with portfolio management, including asset allocation and rebalancing strategies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent client service and harmonious office atmosphere
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in finance, insurance, investments, or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and investment strategies
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales or asset management is a plus
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
-Series 65 required within 3 months of hire
