Although this is an entry level position it is a vital role for our team. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our sales team as an Entry-Level Sales Executive. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, logistics, and customer service. This position will be driving business growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and providing exceptional service to our existing customers.
All Jr. Sales Executives will go through a six-month training and pilot program. The first 30 days will be mostly in person learning from product leaders about the business, industry and how to sell all modes of logistics. You will be mentored and shadow our sales team on phone, zoom and in person sales meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning how to prospect and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and in person presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with our services.
- Build a book of clients and business that generates revenue to increase commission
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions and delivery of services.
- Utilize CRM software (Spiro) to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or logistics is a plus but not required. Recent graduates or individuals with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to travel to company meetings, customer visits and have a reliable mode of transportation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
