Form of workCommercial Banking is looking for an energetic and creative junior-level Graphic Designer who is excited about gaining experience in a fast-paced B2B marketing organization.
As the Jr. Graphic Designer - Events, Analyst, in Commercial Bank, you will be responsible for production of experiential event assets and event-related marketing materials such as: video, digital content, and print collateral (banners, brochures, marketing sheets, direct mail campaigns, etc.) for all Commercial Banking businesses. The Jr. Graphic Designer will work closely with marketing and communications teams to develop creative solutions for event-related marketing campaigns and programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with designers and writers to produce high-quality marketing deliverables that communicate information effectively with the use of design, charts, graphics and diagrams.
Jo responsibilities:
- Support the Art Director in the creative development and delivery of cohesive campaigns that drive results
- Collaborate with the digital and email teams to create compelling user experiences and interactions
- Use purposeful design to tell stories visually
- Participate in a variety of design projects from concept through completion:
- Event booths and other large format assets
- Infographics
- Email and Web banners
- Social & Display ads
- Motion Graphics/Video
- Animation
- Illustration
- Program Guides and other multi-page documents
- Presentations
- Familiarity with use of and development of collateral systems and templates
- Ability to uphold and follow brand style guidelines
- Proofreading and attention-to-detail of own materials
- Organize and maintain creative assets, including logos, image library,
and working files - Good working knowledge of preparing files for print
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- 1+ years of Graphic Design experience
- Strong portfolio that showcases technical design skills and the creative process
- Strategic creative thinker
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Manages time effectively
- Detail oriented and can review his/her own work carefully
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge in
- Sketch and/or Figma
- Adobe InDesign Creative Cloud
- Adobe Illustrator Creative Cloud
- Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in design or fine arts preferred
- Motion Graphics knowledge a plus
