The team is looking for an Event Marketing Specialist to join the AMER regional marketing team. In this role you will collaborate closely with the other regional and global marketing members to drive demand and growth for the AMER Sales Territory. You are super organized and have a can do attitude, you love working out the details and collaborating, but are also a self-starter. You’ll be working on projects including: developing enterprise centric tactics, helping to manage virtual and in-person events, and running campaign analysis.

What excites you:

• Oversee project management of campaign and program execution including timelines, deliverables and key stakeholder involvement
• Partner with the AMER Regional Marketing Managers in the design and execution of tactics that reach and connect with target enterprise customers
• Test and optimize new tactics and channels. Continuously measure ROI and scale our efforts to drive new business.
• Drive the Implementation of new ideas based on what is working
• Report results, track performance, and identify optimization opportunities
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, energetic, and optimistic

What excited us:

• 3-7 yrs of experience in Enterprise Event Marketing
• Experience working closely and collaborating with sales and field marketing teams.
• Excellent experience in managing virtual and live events
• Must have exceptional organizational skills; ability to smoothly manage and support behind the scene for events (virtual and live)
• Requires excellent project management skills for complex, cross-functional campaigns/events
• Experience in management of event contracts with procurement and legal teams
• Experience owning end-to-end execution of events or demand generation programs
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, PowerBI, Contentful or similar
• Prior experience with Swag management for events and shows
• Experience in creation of landing pages for programs via Contentful or similar
• Experience with creative graphic requests for event programs partnering with vendor
• Experience to partner with marketing operations to streamline work across the team for key deliverables
• Experience to standardization of templates to better scale efforts
• Knowledge of demand generation funnel (INQs, MQLs, SALs and SQLs) is a plus but not required.
• Experience collaborating across multiple internal teams and departments and building effective relationships and influencing change.
