SalaryWe are seeking for a junior graphic designer to join our creative team. You will support the marketing and creative team in the ideation and production of graphic design assets across all mediums which includes; social media channels, advertising, packaging, sales materials, while working closely with other designers to create exiciting art that maintains brand integrity and stays true to our aesthetic. The ideal candidate has the experience, passion, and skills to bring meaningful solutions from idea to final product.
Responsibilities
- Support the design team in creating compelling visual assets across all mediums, which include: web, email, social media channels, advertisting, packaging and sales materials.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new ideas and creative solutions to meet project objectives
- Creation visually appealing designs for a wide range of digital and print assets
- Optimize designs for different platforms
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines, ensuring all visual assets align with our brand’s tone, style, and values
- Bring in new creative ideas and digital/visual trends
- Assist both marketing and creative teams with various tasks as needed
- Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, implementing innovative ideas to enhance design quality and user experience
- Have a positive and proactive attitude
Qualifications
- 3+ years of graphic design experience in a brand or agency setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Multi-disciplinary design portfolio
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and Figma
- Understanding of UI/UX, HTML/CSS, and Motion is a huge plus
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of creative content for social platforms
