SalaryData Management Analyst
Support all documentation needs of the WSMIS applications implementation andmaintenance across all environments (Dev, test, production) adhering torequired standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide Documentation development and management for the WSMIS program to ensure document deliverables meet contractual requirements and are in the customer indicated format. Must be proficient in providing graphics support to show metrics and timelines.
- Provide program support by maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule, track project deliverables in Share Point, JIRA and MS Project and generate reports as needed by the Program Manager.
- Manage meeting schedules for team and customer, create and distribute meeting agenda, minutes, and action items for the customer as per contractual needs.
- Compile and generate contractual, documentation, schedule, and program data to report in monthly meetings.
- Provide Help Desk primary support by answering phone calls, responding to incoming emails and opening/closing Help Desk Tickets as per the contract guidelines.
- Develop metrics for tracking monthly and YTD deliverable, help desk tickets management.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be USA Citizen.
- Must have Secret Clearance.
- 2+ years of experience in/as Documentation Specialist, Help Desk Support and Metrics Development.
- 2+ years MS Word, Power point, Excel, MS Project experience.
- 2+ years of Level 2 and Level 3 Help Desk Support.
- Work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- USAF Data Systems: Weapon System Management Information System (WSMIS), EXPRESS, EPM, REALM, SAM.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Experience in AGILE Environment.
- ATLASSIAN Tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket).
