Minimum Education:
" High School Diploma
" Associate's Degree in a related field is preferred
US Citizenship is Required
- Primary responsibility for:
**** Candidates with Health Care/Hospital experience will be prioritized first.
- Invoice processing
- Invoice status reporting
- Vendor aging reports
- Handles the purchasing function for:
- Minor equipment
- Minor software, etc.
- Conducts basic financial analysis on trending of expenses.
- Basic working knowledge of GAAP and general understanding of the General Ledger.
- Understanding of:
- Internal requisitions
- Interdepartmental financial transfers.
- Comfortable communicating clearly and effectively with:
- Managers
- Directors and up
- Ability to understand and explain simple budget variances.
- Understanding of basic contractual final clauses is a plus.
- Able to understand and prepare basic journal entries.
- Ability to create spreadsheets with an intermediate level of understanding of Excel.
- Able to liaison with Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Medical Enterprise - Non-Clinical Onboarding - Must complete all onboarding requirements prior to the start date, with no exceptions.
**USC Medical Enterprise Customer Requirement: Fully vaccinated with Covid-23-24 Vaccine. The facility accepts signed personal/religious/medical exemptions approved by EHS.
