Volt is immediately hiring a Budgeting and Program Data Analyst for immediate hire in Fountain Valley, CA.
As a Budgeting and Program Data Analyst you will:

• Assist in responding to inquiries from internal, regional, and field staff related to general questions, exception requests, and Legal requests.
• Assist in creating and publishing monthly reports distributed to internal, regional, and field staff; explore opportunities for automation of reports
• Assist with forecasting, budget management, and ad hoc analysis
• Participate in CX Governance process by vetting and providing RX Rewards program impact for exception requests
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed to ensure issues/errors are identified and corrected in SAP system and RX Rewards in DPM.
• Maintain department KPIs slides containing past and current qualifier and performance metrics for RX Rewards; Assist in creating program approval decks
• Complete miscellaneous tasks to assist in supporting the department's needs.

This is a hybrid role in Fountain Valley. It requires 2 - 3 days onsite and the rest from home. Positions are temp for 12 months with possibility of extension. It also offers a foot in the door of a top company that is known to extend or hire on our talent.
The ideal candidate will have:

• A completed Bachelors degree
• 1 year or more of work experience
• Advance MS Office skills (pivot tables and v look ups in Excel

Pay Rate: $25-23/hr
