What will I be doing?
As a Jr. Accountant, you would be responsible for serving as an accounting generalist in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Bachelor's degree relevant to Accounting or Finance, minimum required
Full knowledge in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations handling, bank accounts handling, general cashiering functions and others
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Computer oriented with a strong knowledge in the creation or management of spreadsheets and/or formulas in Excel
Knowledge of other computer programs such as Word, Power Point, Micros and other database handling programs
Strong analytical and business skills
Strong focus on customer service
Ability to write reports and/or present information with a clear and business-oriented focus
Available to work different shifts and days (including holidays), as needed
