We provide this support by partnering with internal clients and key suppliers to help define the strategic vision, enabling partners to accomplish goals and objectives of Corporate and business unit clients and support the execution day to day activities in the Source to Pay (STP) work stream. An opportunity exists to support this multifaceted organization as a Financial Systems in the Disney Financial Systems team based in Orlando.

What You Will Do

As the Financial Systems Analyst you will have responsibility for supporting project and system improvements by tracking and monitoring STP changes crafted to add new features or improve existing systems through the Source-To-Pay (STP) governance process and report on changes. Collaborating with governance board members to understand processes. In additions, the role may be engaged in crafting corrections for identified problem as well as implementing continuous improvement activities, and running reports used for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities

• Partner with Segment Finance teams, Enterprise Technology, and Source-To-Pay (STP) subject matter experts to support the system improvement process; facilitates requirements gathering and participates in solution design
• Supports the governance and monitoring of finance systems’ compliance in accordance with company policies, standards and SOX requirements
• Provides administrative support of the STP Governance process by tracking and monitoring STP changes through the STP Governance Board; document decisions, risk and compliance data insights and report on requests
• Collaborates with Manager, Financial Systems to edit and update presentations to the STP Governance Board and consent agenda; prioritize and coordinate all STP governance meetings and board documents
• Documents system/process standard methodologies
• Participates in training development, provides end-user training and supports ongoing communication requirements
• Supports end users, researches and troubleshoots issues (data and process) and takes appropriate action to resolve root cause situations
• Stays on top of technology and solutions for key finance processes and business analytics
• Effectively communicates with management and project team members by concisely developing and delivering key information; able to develop presentations, communications and training
• Tailors messages appropriately to the audiences in order to convey relevant information in a timely and effective manner

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven high-level professional knowledge and skills in finance and/or supply chain systems and processes
• 1+ years SAP ERP experience or Coupa experience
• Proven five years’ experience in Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal direction
• Experience using the Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Experience crafting and delivering presentations using PowerPoint
• Ability to develop a logical and persuasive approach and outline for a customers and or leaders
• High level energy, self-direction and motivation

Preferred Qualifications

• Sourcing/Procurement Software implementation experience
• 2 years’ experience using/supporting Ariba, Coupa, and/or SAP MM and FICO modules
• Experience working for large company and within a matrix organization
• Formal process improvement, project management or business analysis accreditation (e.g. LEAN Six Sigma, Black/Green Belt, PMP®, TQM or similar)
• Experience using systems crafted to manage issues, changes and testing (e.g. Service Manager, Rational Team Concert, ALM)

Required Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Management, Business, similar career field or equivalent work experience

Preferred Education

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or similar career field
