Accountable for reductions in assigned portfolio, conducts root cause analysis of payment issues, and provides customers with necessary research information to resolve.
Follows the appropriate method of escalation for non-responsive customers or complex accounts based on careful account and situation analysis.
Effectively utilizes technology, systems, and tools to accomplish assigned resolution tasks and goals.

Requirements:
High School Diploma
Minimum 1-year Prior Collections and Customer Service experience preferred
Basic to intermediate accounting/AR background preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge/Experience with Excel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Personal accountability with elevated level of integrity
Strong attention to details; solid focus and time management / utilization skills
Effective analytical skills - root cause analysis, research and effective problem solving
Fluid team player with ability to be successful in independent work settings, as needed
Will consider recent college graduates Associates/Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related disciplines preferred but not required.
