Are you a forward-thinking professional with a passion for advancing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes?
TETER, Inc., a 100% employee-owned architecture and engineering firm in Central California, is seeking a talented individual to take on the role of BIM Manager, leading the charge in implementing, managing, and optimizing BIM across all our projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive BIM strategy in collaboration with senior management.
- Define and enforce BIM standards, guidelines, and workflows for consistency and efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative work environment encouraging innovation and professional growth.
- Support project standards coordination with customers and clients.
- Assist project teams in BIM project setup, monitor project progress, and resolve technical issues and conflicts related to BIM standards.
- Provide technical support for REVIT, AutoCAD, and related BIM software.
- Lead firm-wide training efforts, covering fundamental and intermediate REVIT training, continuing education, and new hire orientation.
- Maintain REVIT templates and standard details reflecting current standards and best practices.
- Continuously improve BIM processes and workflows based on feedback from project teams.
- Liaise with internal and external BIM stakeholders, including IT and software developers.
- Partner with the IT department to manage BIM software tools, customization, and hardware upgrades.
Qualifications
- 3-8 years of REVIT experience in a design consultant environment or construction.
- At least 2 years of specific BIM management experience, including concept through construction documents.
- Previous experience mentoring architectural staff in BIM standards is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related discipline.
- Proven competency with advanced modeling software such as REVIT and Autodesk.
- Strong understanding of general construction techniques and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Compensation:
The expected salary range for this role is $99,600-$115,400 per year. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, professional certifications, business needs, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Additional pay may be earned through TETER's quarterly bonus program.
