We are a well-established and growing CPA firm. We offer a full-time super flexible work schedule, and you can work remote/hybrid. We also offer a great PTO plan and all Fridays off (36-hour work week - 4/9hr days) during the non-busy season. We have a positive, friendly team environment. This position is open due to growth, so we are flexible and are open to hiring either a Tax Senior, Tax Supervisor, or a Tax Manager. There is future Partnership potential if you desire to become a Partner sometime in the future or near future.
We are looking for a candidate with the following:
* Manager position requires a CPA license, if a Supervisor or Senior level candidate a CPA in progress is ok.
* 2+ years of experience in a Full Service Accounting, Business Services and Tax (Individual & Business) Firm
* The ability to work independently on projects if needed
* Good time management skills, able to meet deadlines, organized & detail-oriented
* Excellent Customer Service skills
Local candidates only, required to go into the office one day a week.
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Requirements:
Bachelors Degree Required
Senior Tax: 2+ years exp.
Tax Manager 4+ years exp.
License: CPA desired, but not required.
