Position: Front Desk Team Member

Responsibilities:

Welcoming Guests: Be the first friendly face our guests encounter, ensuring they feel valued and attended to from the moment they arrive.

Efficient Check-in and Check-out: Streamline the check-in and check-out process, making it seamless and hassle-free for our guests.

Reservation Management: Handle online and phone reservations efficiently, providing accurate information and assistance to prospective guests.

Payment Processing: Inform customers about payment methods, verify credit card data, and process payments accurately and securely.

Guest Assistance: Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about our hotel facilities, rates, and amenities, and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Room Allocation: Assign rooms based on guest preferences and availability, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience.

Collaboration with Housekeeping: Coordinate with our housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and functionality of guest rooms, ensuring guests' needs are met promptly.

Special Services: Arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, such as wedding guests, to enhance their experience with us.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and updated records of bookings, payments, and guest information to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
