Broadway Services is seeking a bilingual Employment Assistant to work in the Corporate Office in Baltimore. The candidate we are looking for has a background in working in a office environment, excellent customer service skills, and a drive to always do their best!
Requirements:

- Great communication skills in verbal and phone communication
- Highly skilled in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Preferred but not required: Some college level training/classes in Human Resources or Business field
Responsibilities:
- Handling of sensitive and confidential documents
- Greet visitors, employees, applicants
- Direct visitors, employees, applicants as needed via phone or in person
- Create documents
- Prepare reports
- General administrative support to Management
