Job Overview: Ensure efficient butchering process is executed in a fast and efficient manner while following all HACCP, SOP, and GMP guidelines.
Duties:
- Separate tails, claws, bodies, and caps, and put them in the correct chute
- Performing at the expected rate to support plants daily goals.
- Quality cleaning of tails and bodies.
- Clean assigned area at the end of each shift
- Report safety/maintenance issues to supervisor as necessary.
- Follow food safety, SOP and GMP guidelines at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must be able to work well in a team environment.
- Able to stand for long periods of time as well as consistent movement
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Must be able to work in a hot/cold/wet environment
- Ability to communicate with others
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $18.25 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
