Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety regulations. Duties: - Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site - Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications - Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations - Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction - Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including daily reports, photos, and records of materials used - Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment - Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment Experience: - Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry - In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices - Proficiency in construction management software such as Prolog, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Primavera, or ProCore - Strong understanding of quality control standards and practices - Familiarity with reading schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong background in construction management and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, we encourage you to apply.
