Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible to perform the role of project manager for medium size and complex projects across multiple areas of the business implementing various technology and application suites in support of critical business operations, in such a way as to meet and exceed the company’s objectives by performing the following duties.
*** is looking for an experienced Project Manager who will take on the management of key projects within our Enterprise Portfolio (Accounting, Finance, Sales Finance). Project management responsibilities include delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Needs to be a self-starter who can manage with limited oversight. Prior experience managing/using pricing and/or revenue management projects/tools is a plus. Operate with a sense of urgency. Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
Essential Duties:
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Ensure timely problem resolution and escalation.
Maintain ongoing project communications with all project stakeholders
Requirements:
2 or 4-year degree (education, mgmt., MIS, Business)
4+ years in Project management
Candidate must have demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, at the same time, having multiple complex Workstreams.
Member of an accredited Project Body
Certification in one or more project methodologies
Expert skills with any project management tools.
Preferred MS Project, Jira, or Client
Expert skills with the Microsoft Productivity Tools
Technical Skills:

Advanced Schedule Management
Infrastructure deployment experience (e.g., networking, apps, hardware, software)
Excellent project management skills
Project Risk Management
Excellent communication & collaboration skills
