Security Officer / Id Control Officer Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service
• Issue Badge
• Issue Vehicle Permit
• Support Document Controller of Hyundai Engineering Company at Safety Orientation Class
• Attention to detail and knowledge of maintaining accurate records
• Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, camera and computer skills a must
• Ability to be flexible, knowing that job duties can and will expand

Be on time and report to post in full uniform. Maintain a professional image that includes greeting customers, visitors, and employees in a polite and friendly manner. Office atmosphere, on site mobile office in trailer at the construction site.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED).
• Clear criminal record. Must clear background check.
• Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid Drivers License Pass a random drug screen.
• Ability to walk as required to perform the duties associated with functioning as a Security Officer and a site admininistrative assistant. Must know how to use a computer, and access the internet.
• Southern Protection Agency pays Holiday Pay, Southern Protection Agency pays one week of vacation, after a one-year full time.

Physical Requirements: In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by a Security Officer to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to allow for certain ADA requirements.

Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers. Normal vision or corrected by the use of glasses and/or contacts for normal reading and viewing abilities. Ability to twist, turn, bend, stand, climb stairs, and walk as required to perform the duties associated with functioning as a Security Officer. Must know how to use a computer, access the internet, and use web-based programs to write reports and send emails.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift - 7am-4:30pm, 1.5 hour lunch (Now - March) and (September - On)
• 10 hour shift - 7am-6:30pm, 1.5 hour lunch (March - September)
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.00 per hour
