In the day-to-day operations as a Greeter/Cashier, you will be greeting customers that come into the dealership logging them into the customer relationship management system, and turning them over to our Sales Managers. The Greeter/Cashier is also accountable for collecting and receipting money and credit card transactions pertaining to the sale of a vehicle. Other tasks include answering incoming phone calls and transferring to the appropriate department/associate, calling guests when their license plates or registration are available for pick-up, ordering supplies, collecting mail and printing UPS labels for outbound paperwork, monitoring and managing a keyboard system for the Sales Managers, and reconciliation of cash and credit card receipts at the end of the night.
Responsibilities:
- Greet & log guests into CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)
- Answer phones
- Money reconciliation
- Receipt money
- Run credit card transactions
- Mail collection/UPS labels
- Track vehicle keys for sales & lease returns
- Manage license plates and registrations
- Order supplies
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work the following schedule as needed:
- M, T, & F -- 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Sa. -- 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Su. -- 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- W & TH -- OFF
- Minimum 2 years of excellent customer service experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment
- Must be computer literate and able to navigate multiple different applications including using an iPad
- High school diploma preferred
