Java Performance Engineer

Job Description:
- Java coding experience for product development, QA testing, or performance testing. Java-based performance driver development is a strong plus.
- Experience with using some commonly used QA tools such as Postman, curl, etc.
- Linux env working experience, with a good understanding of Linux internals and utilities.
- Some basic experience with using MacBook desirable
- Desirable to have real experience with a good understanding of Java/Linux-based application Performance Engineering, including driver development, requirements gathering, load test execution, performance issue troubleshooting and resolution, performance tuning and optimization, results aggregation, etc.
- Strongly motivated on daily deliverables, with a result-oriented mindset.
- Strong team working spirit with good communication skills.
- Flexible in changing priorities to meet deliverable requirements.
- A great self-driven learner in acquiring new skills required for the assignments.
Additional requirements:
(1) Each profile needs to have a latest photo attached to the resume so that we can verify the person we interview and onboard would be the same person.
(2) During the interview, the candidate needs to have video on during the ENTIRE session, especially during the coding session as well, to help us make sure it is still the same candidate taking the coding interview end to end.
