o This position is for Application production support(L3) for key digital projects like Online/Mobile banking
Top 5-10 responsibilities for this position
o Handling the production issues and should be driving by own and finding root cause analysis
o Doing log analysis
o Application Performance review
o Handling the customer issues if escalated to L3
o Setting up/review the application monitoring
What skills/technologies are required (please include the number of years of experience required)?
o Hands on knowledge with micro services architecture
o Good experience with Java spring boot API development, react front end, any known relational Database
o Cloud experience

What does the interview process look like?
o How many rounds? 2
o Video, phone, or in person? Phone and in-person
o How technical will the interviews be? Coding and troubleshooting skills will be evaluated.
